Set up membership tiers

Add Bronze / Silver / Gold status customers climb as they visit.

On top of stamps and rewards you can add named membership tiers (e.g. Bronze, Silver, Gold) that customers climb as they visit or spend. Tiers are optional.

  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Business.
  2. Open the membership tiers editor.
  3. Add a tier name and the minimum visits or points needed to reach it.
  4. Order tiers from lowest to highest threshold.

Fidz calculates each customer's current tier as the highest one they've reached, and tracks the next tier and how far away they are.

Tiers pair well with the Membership card structure (points & tier, no stamps) in Card → Design, and with the Reward proximity automation to nudge customers toward the next tier.

Tiers are separate from your reward threshold — the reward is what customers redeem; tiers are a status they keep.
