What happens when a customer scans your QR
End-to-end walkthrough of the customer experience.
- Customer opens their phone camera and points it at your QR poster.
- Their phone shows "Tap to open fidz.app/scan/your-slug".
- They tap. A page in your brand colours opens.
- They enter their mobile number and (optionally) their name, email and birthday, then tick the consent box.
- They submit. Their card is created instantly.
- Two buttons appear: "Apple Wallet" and "Google Wallet". Two taps to add.
- One hour later, if you've configured Google reviews, they get a push asking for a review.
Total time: under 60 seconds. No app to download. No account to create. The mobile number is the only ID — used to recognise them on return visits.
The scan page auto-detects the customer's language (English, Italian, Hindi, Arabic, French or Vietnamese) so the form shows in their language, with a manual language picker as a fallback.
