Train your staff in 90 seconds
The bare minimum your team needs to know.

Fidz is designed so any staff member can run it without training. Here's the 90-second cheat-sheet you can post in the back room:
- New customer? They scan the counter QR poster themselves and get their card automatically — you do nothing.
- Returning customer? Open Dashboard → Card → Stamp a customer. Point the camera at the QR on their Wallet card (or tap the phone-number field to look them up). Their name and points appear.
- Add what they bought with the +1, +2 or +3 buttons.
- When the reward is ready, a "Redeem" button appears — tap it to give them their reward.
- Tap "Next customer" to reset for the next person.
- Phone dead or no card? Use the manual phone-number lookup on the same Stamp screen — no need to leave it.
Staff with the Scanner role land directly on the Stamp screen at login and only see that one screen — nothing else in the dashboard.
