Welcome
Sent the moment a customer is enrolled. Confirms their card is active. Builds trust.
Google review request
It sends a direct link to your Google review form one hour after a visit, while the experience is still fresh.
Reactivation / win-back
Sent when a customer hasn't visited for N days (default 30). "We miss you" message with a discount or coupon.
Birthday
Sent on the customer's birthday. Only fires if they entered a birthday (most won't). High emotional impact when it does.
Reward proximity
Sent when a customer is N points away from a reward. "Just 2 more visits!" creates urgency to come back.
Toggle each one on/off in Dashboard → Marketing → Automations. Tap an automation to edit its message for your brand voice; the page shows how many are currently active.
