Turn loyal customers into recruiters. Each customer gets a referral code; when a new customer joins through it, both sides get bonus points.

How rewards work

When someone joins via a referral code, Fidz grants 5 bonus points to both the referrer and the new customer — once per referral (a safeguard prevents double-crediting).

  1. Go to Dashboard → Marketing → Referrals.
  2. See total referrals and bonus points awarded to date.
  3. Copy a customer's referral link (fidz.app/r/CODE) and share it, or let customers share their own.
  4. Track recent referral rewards in the list below.

Referrals are part of the Growth and Multi-site plans.

Pair referrals with a campaign (e.g. "Bring a friend") to kick-start sharing.
