Send your first push campaign
Step-by-step for a happy-hour or weekend promo push.

- Dashboard → Marketing → Campaigns → New campaign.
- Start from one of the 17 pre-built templates (Promotions, Win-back, Seasonal, Loyalty, Feedback, Events) or write your own from scratch.
- Name it internally (e.g. "Saturday brunch — June 7").
- Pick a segment: All active customers, or filter by "last visit in last 30 days" or "VIP".
- Write a short push title and body — keep both concise so they display fully on the lock screen. Use emojis sparingly.
- Preview on the phone mockup on the right.
- Send now, or schedule for later.
Best practices
- Send between 9–11 AM weekdays or 10 AM–noon weekends. Outside those hours = lower open rates.
- Include a deadline ("today only", "this weekend").
- Don't send more than 1 per week — over-pushing kills engagement faster than under-pushing.
- Personalise when possible ("Hi Sarah, your free coffee is waiting").
